| 在总结相关研究及分析政府预算绩效管理动态过程的基础上，将EFQM质量管理模型引入政府预算绩效管理过程中，构建了基于EFQM模型的政府预算绩效管理模型，并将其9个评估标准细分为32个子标准，由此提出了提高政府预算绩效水平的优化管理途径。 |

| On the basis of summarizing the relevant study and analyzing the dynamic process of the government budget performance management, this paper introduces EFQM quality management model into the government budget performance management process, and establishes the management model based on EFQM, with nine evaluation criteria subdivided into 32 subcriteria. Based on this model, the management optimization path to improve government budget performance is proposed. |
