为了提高铁路信号工快速定位故障、判明原因并修复故障的能力,设计研发了一套新型ZPW-2000轨道电路故障诊断系统。该系统通过RS-232串口和相关通讯协议完成PC机与单片机的通信,基于单片机控制电子继电器来实现电路的通断,进而模拟故障现象。实验表明,该系统可以实现ZPW-2000轨道电路故障模拟的集中控制和集中显示,能极大地提高故障设置以及检测修复的效率,而且可以使用户快速地掌握电路故障点的定位与修复方法。 |

In order to improve the ability of railway signalmen to quickly locate the fault, identify the cause and repair it, a new troubleshooting system for ZPW-2000 track circuit is designed and developed. This system completes the communication between the PC and the SCM through the RS-232 serial port and related communication protocols. Based on the SCM, the electronic relay is controlled to switch the circuit, and then the fault phenomenon is simulated. The experiment shows that this system can realize the centralized control and display for the fault simulation in ZPW-2000 track circuit, which can greatly improve the efficiency of fault setting, detection and repair, and enable the users to quickly master the location and repair methods of the circuit fault points. |
