| 针对大型公共医疗工程项目管理中存在的难点，遵循"互联网+项目管理"的管理理念，设计开发了一套以实现公共医疗工程全过程项目管理为目标的项目管理信息系统。系统采用B/S系统架构进行设计，集成了现代公共医疗工程项目管理过程中涉及的报建审批管理、招采供应管理、合同管理、投资管理、进度管理、质量与安全管理、现场管理、文件管理等主要功能模块，实现了公共医疗工程项目的标准化和流程化管理，提升了现代公共医疗工程项目建设管理的信息化水平。 |

| Aiming at the difficulties in large-scale public medical engineering project management, and following the management concept of "Internet plus project management", a project management information system is designed and developed to realize the whole process project management. This system applies B/S system architecture and integrates the main functional modules in modern public medical engineering project management, including the managements of project approval, material purchase and supply, contract, investment, process of the project, quality and safety, site and document etc., which has realized the standardization and process management in the public medical engineering projects, and promoted the informatization level of the project management. |
