| S7-1200PLC and MCGS touch screen is used to realize the automatic control of the hydraulic metal packing machine. In this system, part of controlling programs are designed for the packing process, with the manual feeding replaced by the conveyor belt and the package-out style from overturning to front door pushing. The simulation results show that this system is stable and reliable, together with improved safety and efficiency. |
