| Miliband defined the role of ideology in contemporary capitalist political identity as the process of political socialization and legalization. In the life of contemporary capitalist countries, not only the conservative parties but also the left-wing parties are creating a large number of illusions of "popular politics". Religions, nationalism, mass media and education are the main means of ideological penetration.They play an important guiding role in ensuring the political correctness of capitalism and crisis management,and have become an important part of contemporary capitalist spiritual production and class rule. Miliband's study on the political identity of contemporary western countries provides important reference for the ideological construction of the Party in the new era. |
