| 文章在深入分析民族地区乡村治理面临的现实困境的基础上，提出了构建以党委领导为根本，乡镇政府、乡村社会组织、村委会及村民等多元主体共同参与的乡村治理共同体路径，为进一步推动民族地区乡村的发展与振兴提供了新的路径选择。 |

| Based on the analysis of the realistic predicament,this paper put forward a path of rural governance community, which means the leadership of the Party committee as its basis,the attendance by multi-subject including the township government,the rural social organization,the village committee and the villagers. This provides a new path to further promote the development and revitalization of the rural areas in the ethnic minority areas. |
