| 在继承历史唯物主义观点的前提下，中共十九大报告表达了理解中华优秀传统文化的新方式。在隐性方面，十九大报告没有将封建社会与传统文化联系起来表述，而是将二者分置在革命史和当前思想文化的范畴中，避免产生传统文化落后于时代发展的不良印象；在显性方面，十九大报告解释了中华优秀传统文化的概念，赋予其崇高的政治文化地位，扩大了它的使用范围，突出了文化在社会发展中的关键意义，使用了中华优秀传统文化概念的两种新用法。这些内容标志着国家主流文化搭建了理解传统文化的新理论框架。 |

| Based on historical materialism, the 19th CPC National Congress presents a new way to comprehend the excellent traditional Chinese. In terms of recessive, the report doesn’t express the traditional culture together with the feudal society,but puts it into two different categories of revolutionary history and current ideological culture,in order to avoid the negative idea that traditional culture falls behind the times. In terms of dominance,the report explains the concept of excellent traditional Chinese culture and gave it the high status of political culture, expands the range of its usage,highlights the significance of culture in the social development, applies two ways for the concept of excellent traditional Chinese culture. The above content symbolizes that a new theoretical framework is established to comprehend the traditional culture in China’s mainstream culture. |
