| 魏晋南北朝是大动荡大变革时期，同时也是我国法律发展的重要时期。在立法上它上承周汉，将儒家思想引礼入刑；下启隋唐，为隋唐法律奠定了基础。文章主要说明了为什么儒家学说处在劣势的情况下仍能够成为魏晋南北朝时期立法主要指导思想的原因。 |

| The Wei,Jin and Northern and Southern Dynasties were the period of great turmoil and great change,and it was also an important period for the development of China's law. In the legislature, it followed Confucian thought in Zhou and Han Dynasties, rites introduced to penalty, and it laid the foundation for the Sui and Tang Dynasties. In this article the author mainly explains why Confucianism was still the main guiding ideology in the legislature even under the situation of inferiority in the period of the Wei,Jin and Northern and Southern Dynasties. |
