| Zhu Chengjia is a noted contemporary scholar on the study of Li Dazhao. Since 1978, he has been studying Li Daozhao for 40 years, which helps him to win a title of the most productive and the academically highest scholar in the circle. His article Understanding Process of Yuan Shikai by Li Dazhao, his books The Early Thought of Li Dazhao and Modern China and the Story of Li Dazhao, enjoy the honor of trilogy of the study on Li Dazhao. This interview reviews the process of his study on Li Dazhao, elaborates the feedback about his academic achievements, and reveals his inner drive for his constant and in-depth study. Through the interview, the contemporary scholars'spiritual realm is shown to us that the forerunner' original aspiration couldn't be forgotten and the contemporary scholars' mission should be remembered well. |
