| In the process of urbanization and agricultural modernization in Hebei Province a great amount of rural labor has transferred to cities. The legal environment is the foundation of the transfer of the rural labor force. Based on the summary and the achievements of the legal environment construction in Hebei,the author of this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures,so as to further optimize the environment of the rural labor transfer in Hebei through the rule of law and promote the rural labor force transfer from the aspects "good law" and "good governance". |
