      李大钊在介绍和传播马克思主义美学理论的过程中,对马克思主义美学基本原理进行了中国化探索。他首次尝试以马克思主义的唯物史观来指导文艺美学的研究,运用马克思主义的阶级斗争学说阐述美学问题;他将审美范畴与当时的思想解放运动和中国革命事业紧密联系起来,重视美的社会功用;他肯定"劳动创造了美",提出了平民主义的审美观;他强调现代崇高型美学观,推崇在革命斗争中实现人生价值;他提倡发挥文艺为人民、为社会服务的功能,要求文艺要充分表现出时代的精神风貌和审美理想。
英文摘要:
      In the course of introducing and spreading the theory of Marxist aesthetics, Li Dazhao explored the basic principles of Marxist aesthetics. He first attempted to guide literary aesthetics with Marxist materialist conception of history, and explain aesthetic problems with Marxist theory of class struggle. He connected the aesthetic category with the ideological liberation movement at that time and the Chinese revolutionary cause, and paid great attention to the social function of aesthetics. He advocated the conception of beauty produced by labor, and put forward the aesthetic populism. He emphasized modern lofty aesthetics, and espoused the fulfillment of oneself in revolutionary struggle. He argued that literature and art should reflect the spirit and aesthetic ideal of the time and serve the people and society.
