| 制书的发展演变,可从制度层面和文体本身两个角度进行考察:就制度层面来讲,制书作为诏令之属,其发展和完善,是在皇权的维护和国家制度的规范下实现的。随着制书规范性的明晰与强化,其名称、格式、行文、执行制书的程序等等,都具备了明确的标准和严格的律法规定。从制书文体本身来看,其演变则发生了两种情况:一方面,制书功能由普遍地颁布“制度之命”,转而变为用于“行大赏罚、授大官爵”等授命封官之事；另一方面,制书文体则衍生出“德音”这一变体形式。 |

The development and evolution of Zhishu(imperial orders) can be investigated from the perspectives of the state system and its style.
far as the state system is concerned, Zhishu, i.e.
perial orders, developed and improved under the maintenance of the imperial power and the national system specification.
th the standardization of Zhishu, its name, format, writing, and the procedure of its implementation came to have a clear standard and legally stipulated.
far as the style is concerned, its evolution has two aspects.
the one hand, the function of Zhishu changed from issuing imperial orders to the forms of reward, punishment and the appointment of officials.
the other hand, the style of Zhishu has the variant of moral lessons. |
