| 针对高校普遍存在的大学生转专业问题,通过研究招生数据及问卷调查,分析学生转专业的原因,提出适于新建本科院校的相关对策建议:积极推进培养模式、专业结构、管理方式改革；深入挖掘学生专业潜力,使其专业诉求得到满足,从根本上贯彻高等教育“以人为本”“以学生为中心”的教育理念。 |

Major transfer is common in colleges and universities.
e authors of this paper have studied some enrollment data, conducted questionnaire surveys, analyzed the causes of major transfer, and proposed some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for newly-built undergraduate universities and colleges: to actively promote the training mode, the professional structure, and management mode reform, and to develop the students’ professional potential so that their professional demands can be met, thus achieving the educational ideal of people-orientedness and student- centeredness. |
