The theory of psychological capital, which emphasizes the promotion of individual social competitiveness by strengthening the positive psychological factors and integrating his internal resources, opens up new perspectives for the education management for college students. e authors of this paper, with the help of the psychological capital intervention model, propose building six platforms to foster college students’ psychological capital. |
