| 恐怖活动犯罪是极具社会危害性的一类犯罪,目前我国已进入暴力恐怖活动的高发期。我国刑事法对恐怖活动犯罪已有一定的关注,但现有规定还存在着有待完善之处。长远来看,我国应当设立专门的反恐法,并且应当在遵循法治原则、比例原则的基础上,处理好惩罚犯罪和保障人权之间的关系。 |

Terrorist crimes are extremely dangerous to society.
present, China has entered a period of increased violent terrorist activities.
though the criminal law covers terrorism, there are a lot to be improved.
the long run, China should set up a special anti-terrorism law, and deal with the relationship between crime and the protection of human rights on the principles of the rule of law and proportionality. |
