| 我国经济进入了以经济增速换挡、动力因素调整、矛盾风险凸显为主要特征的新常态阶段。在此背景下,我国建筑业发展速度放缓,呈现出“新常态”的发展态势。通过分析我国当前经济形势和我国建筑业的发展现状,从劳务紧缺、竞争方式转变、资源节约、技术创新、从业人员结构调整等角度指出在建筑业推进建筑工业化的必要性。并在尊重建筑业自身规律的基础上,从政策扶持、技术创新、项目试点、企业发展模式调整等角度提出了发展我国建筑工业化的对策建议。 |

China’s economy has entered a new normal phase with the main features of shifts in economic growth, the adjustment of driving factors, and more risks.
this context, the growth rate of China’s construction has slowed, showing a new normal of development.
om the perspectives of labor shortage, competition patterns, resource conservation, technological innovationl and the adjustment of professionals in the construction industry,the authors of this paper analyze the current situation of China’s economic development and its construction industry,point out that it is necessary to promote construction industrialization, and put forward some suggestions for the industrialization of China’s construction such as policy support, technological innovation, pilot projects, and the adjustment of enterprise development mode. |
