      20世纪50年代初期,通用电气公司总裁拉尔夫·科迪纳对公司组织结构和管理制度实行了具有深远影响的分部制和分权化改革。改革的宗旨在于利用公司战略高层调控下的分部制运营制度,将通用电气公司作为一家高科技大企业所具有的整体资源优势与专业化小企业的灵活性和专注度相结合,保持和增强公司的竞争实力,实现长期多元化创新发展。而公司在20世纪20年代开启的良性循环多元化发展战略、二战期间和战后科技的进步、多元化和规模发展带来的组织结构创新,以及1951年未来十年发展规划的制定,都是公司分权化改革的直接驱动力。
英文摘要:
      Ralph Cordiner, the president of the General Electric Company, formulated and implemented the divisionalization and decentralization reforms of the company’s organizational structure and managerial system, the purpose of which was to integrate the advantages of the large high scientific and technological enterprise and the flexibility and specialization of small innovation enterprises through the division operating system supervised and coordinated by the strategic top management in order to strengthen the company’s competitive capacities for long-term diversified innovative development.
  e virtuous cycle of diversified development strategy in the 1920s, the scientific and technological progress during and after World War II, organizational structural innovation due to diversification and scale development, 10-year development plan made in 1951 were the direct driving factors in the company’s divisionalization and decentralization reforms.
